AstenJohnson Announces Leadership Change

Company names new head of EurAsia division

AstenJohnson has announced a leadership transition within its PMC Eurasia division. After an esteemed 30-year career with the company, Matt Krauss, president of PMC Eurasia, has decided to retire, effective June 30, 2025. He will be replaced by Marco Esper, who was named president of PMC Eurasia, effective January 1. He brings 18 years experience in the paper industry with a distinguished track record in various leadership roles at  Voith and as CEO of Heimbach in Düren, Germany.

His leadership has been instrumental in navigating complex challenges, building strong relationships with colleagues and customers, and driving the organization’s growth.
